Purpose: To impact quality of life factors through programs, services, and other meaningful opportunities of engagement within local faith communities. To empower participating organizations with the tools to enhance the surrounding community and create a more connected and collaborative society.

Join together with other faith organizations throughout Chatham County to learn how to AMPLIFY the health of your congregation and the communities that you touch. This initiative seeks to EMPOWER participants by providing tools that can help your institution to connect with resources, participate in useful trainings, and GROW so that Chatham is a healthier and more connected community.

AMPLIFY is not just about physical health, while this is important this initiative is here to help everyone live healthier lives by working on all levels of health which includes Spiritual, Mental, Environmental, Financial health and more!
