The last client must be started by 1:45pm.

Limits: Clients and their families receive a week’s worth of food 6 times in any 12-month period. If they still need assistance after using their 6 visits prior to a new cycle, they can receive limited assistance as long as the agency has TEFAP and donated food. Clients should call for an appointment, but walk-ins are accepted on a first come, first served basis. The visit is logged into a computer record by individual's name. A TEFAP form must be signed before groceries can be selected.

  • Social Security card for client and/or household members
  • Proof of household income
  • Original bill

Take and Eat Food Pantry

Eligibility: Clients must be residents of the Northwood High School attendance area. Those outside of service area can be assisted on a one-time basis. You need to provide proof of address for all adults and children residing in the household every six months.

- Something current with name and street address (school records, medical bills, apartment lease, utility bill, Medicaid card, etc)

Limits: Serving order may be determined by a lottery system 30 minutes before distribution.

Each household is able to receive food 12 times per calendar year (six visits from Jan-June and six visits from July-Dec). May visit 2x/month but cannot exceed the six total visits per six-month period.
