All Non-Residential Projects Disturbing 20,000 ft2 or more, or are part of a common plan of development:
Submit Land Disturbing Permit application, fees, and erosion control plan designed by a Professional Engineer, Registered Landscape Architect or Professional Land Surveyor.

NEW PLAN SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS FOR NON-RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS:
First Submittal: 1 full-size plan, 1 set of supporting calculations
Additional Submittals: 2 full-size revised plans, 1 set of revised calculations (if changed from original)
All sites receiving a land-disturbing permit from the county must be inspected by the financially responsible person(s), or an agent there of, at a minimum of once per week and within 24 hours of any rainfall of one-half inch or greater.
