Arrest Blotter March 6-8, 2020

On March 6, Adam Daniel Webster, of 8108 Siler City Glendon Road, Bear Creek, was arrested by Deputy Tyler Welch for Misuse of 911 System and Harassing Phone Call.  Webster was jailed under a $5,000.00 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in Moore County District Court in Carthage on March 18.

 

On March 6, Brian Julius Blackwell, of 1062 Morris Rd, Pittsboro, was arrested by Deputy Garrett Kidd for Failure to appear on charges of Possession of Marijuana <1/2 ounce. Blackwell was jailed under a $200.00 cash bond and is scheduled to appear in Chatham County District Court in Pittsboro on April 15.

 

On March 6, Carlos Francisco, of 3876 Alston Bridge Rd, Siler City, was arrested by Deputy Cody DeViney for Driving While Impaired.  Francisco was issued a Written Promise to appear in Chatham County District Court in Siler City on March 17.

 

On March 7, Jayla Taniya Elaina Mariss Rone, of 719 Council Lane, Chapel Hill, was arrested by Deputy Reggie Griffin for Failure to Appear on charges of Driving While License Revoked. Rone was issued a Written Promise to appear in Guilford County District Court in High Point on April 3.

 

On March 7, Tracy Hilton Morgan, of 738 Sam Jones Rd, Chapel Hill, was arrested by Deputy Reggie Griffin for Misdemeanor Stalking.  Morgan was issued a Written Promise to appear in Chatham County District Court in Pittsboro on April 1.

 

On March 7, Shelton Lamont Bethea, of 1100 Alma Street, Durham, was arrested by Deputy Alberto Estrada for Assault and Battery. He was also served on charges of Violating a Release Order. Bethea was issued a Written Promise to appear on the assault charge and assigned an additional $2,500.00 secured bond for violating his release order. He is due to appear in Chatham County District Court in Pittsboro for both charges on April 1.
