Arrest Blotter March 1-5, 2020

On March 1, Sheba Carol Miller, 48, of 7145 Hussey Williams Rd, Seagrove, was arrested by Deputy Greg Barrett for Breaking & Entering.  Miller was jailed under a $1,000.00 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in Chatham County District Court in Pittsboro on March 30.

 

On March 1, Antuan Tremaine Graves, 36, of 45 Highland Drive, Chapel Hill, was arrested by Deputy Reggie Griffin for Assault on a female, Possession of Marijuana greater than 0.5 to 1.5 oz, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Graves was jailed under a 48-hour Domestic Violence Hold and is scheduled to appear in Chatham County District Court in Pittsboro on March 18. 

 

On March 2, Eric Clayton Bucky Green, 39, of 7155 Pleasant Hill Church Rd, Siler City, was arrested by Deputy Andrew Gray for Cruelty to Animals.  Green was jailed under a $1,000.00 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in Chatham County District Court in Pittsboro on March 18. Green was also served by Deputy Feliciano Jimenez on charges of Possession Stolen Goods/Property. Green was assigned an additional $500.00 secured bond and is also scheduled to appear in Chatham County District Court in Pittsboro on March 18 on the additional charges.

 

On March 2, Ethan Allen Brown, 25, of 4125 Riverside Road, Seagrove, was arrested by Deputy Kimberly Conen for Misdemeanor Larceny. Brown was is issued a Written Promise to appear in Guilford County District Court in Greensboro on March 31.

 

On March 2, Robbie Neal Knight, 44, of 406 Chimney Rock Lane, Sanford, was arrested by Deputy Kimberly Conen for True Bill of Indictment on charges of Domestic Violence Protective Order Violation.  Knight was is issued a Written Promise to appear in Chatham County District Court in Pittsboro on April 6.

 

On March 2, Ryan James Fesel, 38, of 45 Brittany Lane, Chapel Hill, was arrested by Deputy Reggie Griffin for Failure to Appear on charges of Driving While Impaired. Fesel was jailed under a $1,000.00 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in Orange County District Court in Hillsborough on March 16.

 

On March 3, Jose Edgar Acosta, 26, of 153 Robert Poe Road, Goldston, was arrested by Deputy Brandal Harrington for True Bill of Indictment on charges of Assault on a Female by Male of at least 18 years of age.  Acosta was issued a Written Promise to appear in Chatham County District Court in Pittsboro on April 6.

 

On March 3, Nydedra Nycole Lawrence, 29, of 101 Old Walden Road, Siler City, was arrested by Deputy Alexis Bonilla for Failure to Appear on charges of Injury to Personal Property and Communicating Threats.  Lawrence was issued a Written Promise to appear in Pitt County District Court in Greenville on March 27.

 

On March 4, James Garrett Lankford, 39, of 4 Caswell, Pittsboro, was arrested by Deputy Johnny Griffin for Statutory Sex Offense with a Child by Adult and Indecent Liberties with Child.  Lankford was jailed under a $200,000.00 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in Pittsboro on March 30.

 

On March 4, Joseph Watson Patton, of 4 Caswell, Pittsboro, was arrested by Deputy Johnny Griffin for Felony Stalking and Domestic Violence Protective Order Violations.  Patton was jailed under a 48-hour Domestic Violence hold and is scheduled to appear in Pittsboro on March 30.

  

On March 4, Robert Anthony Shamberger, 39, of 507 Edgewood Drive, Liberty, was arrested by Deputy Garrett Kidd for Domestic Violence Protective Order Violations. Shamberger was jailed under a 48-hour Domestic Violence hold and is scheduled to appear in court in Siler City on March 24.

 

On March 4, Tracy Hilton Morgan, of 738 Sam Jones Rd, Chapel Hill, was arrested by Deputy Reid Kirkman for Communicating Threats and Harassing Phone Call.  Morgan was issued a Written Promise to appear in Hillsborough on March 30.

  

On March 5, Brittany Catherine Hoover, 34, homeless, of Pittsboro, was arrested by Deputy Garrett Kidd for Assault Inflicting Serious Injury, Injury to Personal Property, Assault and Battery.  Hoover was jailed under a $6,000.00 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in Pittsboro, on March 11.
