Arrest Blotter January 1-6, 2020

On January 1, Christopher Farley, 61, of 511 North Pea Ridge Rd, Pittsboro, was arrested by Deputy Dexter Jarmon, for Failure to Appear.  Farley was issued a $1,000.00 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in Orange County District Court in Hillsborough on January 9.

 

On January 1, Theresa Dolard, 35, of Honeysuckle Drive, Pittsboro, was arrested by Deputy Olivia Sturdivant for Failure to Appear. Dolard was issued a $500.00 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in Orange County District Court in Hillsborough on January 9.

 

On January 1, Jennifer Lynn Christy, 34, of 70 Farmhouse Ct, Sanford, was arrested by Deputy Christopher Kibler for Resist, Delay, and Obstruct. She was given no bond is scheduled to appear in Chatham County District Court in Pittsboro on February 6.

 

On January 2, Bruce Lee Banks, 45, of 1818 North Chatham Ave, Siler City, was arrested by Deputy Olivia Sturdivant for Chatham County and Siler City Domestic Violence Protection Order Violations, Larceny, Possession of Stolen Goods/Property, and Obtaining Property by False Pretense. Banks was assigned a $1,000.00 secured bond and also placed on a Domestic Violence Hold. He is scheduled to appear in Chatham County District Court in Pittsboro on January 8.

 

On January 2, Teddy Ray Clodfelter, 66, of 4797 Mack Lineberry Rd, Climax, NC, was arrested by Deputy Ethan L. Garner, for True Bill of Indictments for Obstructing Justice, Intimidating a Witness, and Felony Stalking.  He was placed under a Domestic Violence Hold with No Bond.

 

On January 4, Ian Cameron Goodwin, 20, of 379 John Deere Ln, Bear Creek, was arrested by Deputy John Beach for Failure to Comply. He received a $500.00 secure bond and is scheduled to appear in Chatham County District Court in Siler City on January 14.

 

On January 4, Joshua Edward Hearn, 38, of 494 Moncure School Rd, Moncure, was arrested by Deputy Brandal Harrington, for Communicating Threats. He was placed under a 48-hour hold and is scheduled to appear in Chatham County District Court on January 8.

  

On January 5, Michael Walton Sipe, of 3381 Woody Store Rd, Siler City, was arrested by Deputy Jed Bristow for Assault on a female and Simple Assault.  He was released under a written promise to appear in Chatham County District Court on January 22.

 

On January 6, Debra Defeo, 52, of 1004 Pine Dr. Apt 104, Pompano Beach, Florida, was arrested by Deputy Garrett Kidd for simple assault.  She was placed under a mandatory 48-hour Domestic Violence hold and is scheduled to appear in Chatham County District Court in Pittsboro on January 8.

 

On January 6, Jeannie Gordon, 32, of 316 Barker Rd, Bear Creek, was arrested by Deputy Brandal Harrington for failure to appear.  She was jailed under a $200.00 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in Chatham County District Court in Pittsboro on January 9.

 

On January 6, Felicia Smith, 40, of 7472 John Marsh Rd, Liberty, was arrested by Deputy Tyler Clark for failure to appear.  She was jailed under a $1,000.00 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in Chatham County District Court in Pittsboro on February 12.

On January 6, Felicia Smith, 40, of 7472 John Marsh Rd, Liberty, was arrested by Deputy Tyler Clark for failure to appear.  She was jailed under a $750,000.00 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in Randolph County Superior Court in Asheboro on January 9.
