Arrest Blotter May 28-31, 2019

On May 28, Brandolyn Horton, 35, of 917 Parker Herndon Rd, Pittsboro, was arrested by Deputy Dexter Jarmon for Failure to Appear and Resisting a Public Officer.  She was jailed on a $6,000.00 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in Chatham County District Court, Pittsboro, on June 5.

 

On May 28, Amanda Davis, 37, of 206 Doggone Rd, Siler City, was arrested by Deputy Olivia Sturdivant for Failure to Appear.  She was jailed under a $20,000.00 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in Chatham County District Court, Pittsboro, on June 10.

 

On May 30, Peyton Constantine, 27, 1608 Charlie Brooks Rd, Moncure, was arrested by Deputy Dallas Mason for DV Protective Order Violation.  He was jailed under no bond and is scheduled to appear in Chatham County District Court, Pittsboro, on June 5.

 

On May 30, James Nichols, 33, of Hickory Lane, Asheboro, was arrested by Deputy Marcus Hart for Warrant service for other jurisdiction.  He was jailed under $225.00 bond and is scheduled to appear in the Catawba County District Court, Newton, on July 8.

 

On May 31, Shantese Burnett, 20, of 260 Laura Johnson Rd, Pittsboro, was arrested by Deputy Cody Deviney for Breaking and Entering into Motor Vehicle, Attempted Uttering, and Identity Theft.  She was released on a written promise and is scheduled to appear in Chatham County District Court, Pittsboro, on June 10.

 

On May 31, Jeremy Lohry, 24, of 295 Ed Alston Rd, Warrenton, was arrested by Deputy William Gaines for Failure to Appear/ Child Support.  He was jailed under a $3,507.00 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in District Court in Franklin.

 

On May 31, Laneisha Allen, 18, of 1804 Westmont Dr, Siler City, was arrested by Deputy Reggie Griffin for Communication Threats.  She was released on a written promise and is scheduled to appear in Chatham County District Court, Siler City, on June 25.
