During this 45 minute presentation, Tim will explore the root causes of disease, the basic elements of the human constitution (what we're made of) according to Ayurveda and how to match the qualities of imbalance with the opposite qualities that will create health and harmony in mind and body. Learn how to balance the elements of our food and the powerful herbs of Ayurveda with our individual constitutions to address disease. Tim will also delve into how sound, aroma, taste, sight and touch can all be employed to boost the immune system and prevent the serious diseases that are so common to industrial societies. Participants will learn about how Ayurveda unleashes the body's potential to heal itself by regulating genetic expression and body chemistry.
