Focus: The Health Promotion and Policy Division (HPP) connects individuals, families, and communities to resources and supports to address health disparities and improve health outcomes. The interdisciplinary team is composed of health educators, nurses, and social workers. The team provides individual/community support, education, and coalition-building to develop physical environments that promote healthy lifestyles.
Focus on Fathers:
The staff provides individual & group support to fathers of children age 0-5. Group meetings alternate between educational topics and father-child playtime. For more information on the Focus on Fathers program click here.
