Voter Registration Deadline

Deadline is April 13, 2018 to register to vote for
the May 8, 2018 Primary. Party changes made after that date are not effective until after the Primary

Voter Registration Deadline: 

Deadline to register to vote includes any changes to voter registration for this May 8th Primary and applications must be received at the Chatham County Board of Elections Office by 5:00pm on April 13, 2018.

Chatham County residents can register, update their voter registration information and vote at any of the early voting locations open for the Primary, however party changes made after April 13, 2018 will not become effective until after May 8, 2018.

MISSION: The mission of the Chatham County Board of Elections and the Elections Office is to plan, organize, conduct and monitor all elections held in Chatham County to ensure that citizens have the right to vote in fair and impartial elections, in accordance with state and federal election laws. We serve all registered voters in Chatham County.
