NEW! REGISTER ONLINE
Programs & Classes
Chatham County Parks and Recreation Department has launched a new online system called WebTrac that allows residents to register and pay for programs and classes, make park facility reservations and easily browse recreational opportunities from their computer.
As of Sept. 19, 2012, residents can create an account at WebTrac and reserve facilities.
“The purpose of WebTrac is to make the registration and reservation process more convenient, streamlined and efficient for residents and our staff,” said County Recreation Director Tracy Burnett. “You not only can search for programs or facilities that you are interested in, you can sign up and pay at the same time.”
To access the departments WebTrac system, visit https://recreation.chathamnc.org
“When you visit the first time, you will be prompted to create an account for your household,” Burnett said. “You will use this login information everytime you visit WebTrac, so please save your login information.”
Once registered, users will be able to use WebTrac to sign up and pay for program and class registrations, when available, and facility reservations.
