The information on our webpages are intended to guide you through the process of establishing service, payment options, fees, billing questions, etc. 


MAJOR SERVICES: The department focuses on current and future water customers in providing the following services:

• Provide testing and quality control to protect the quality of county water;
• Recommend water policy changes and enforce existing policies;
• Manage water projects throughout the county, including construction of waterlines and water towers, extensions of lines and provision of service to new developments;
• Oversee the county’s Water Districts and activities related to those districts;
• Provide accurate, timely billing and collection of payments through various options (on-site collections in the Tax Office, bank draft, drop-off box, mail, email and credit cards);
• Develop new services as needed; and
• Provide friendly, effective customer service.
