Chatham Transit's CTSP
Chatham Transit Network (CTN) is in the process of developing their Community Transportation Service Plan (CTSP). The CTSP is a 5-year plan that will make specific recommendations for CTN to increase mobility options and improve efficiency.

US 64 Phase IIA Study
Chatham County Board of Commissioners Comments on Study August 2010
A study of a section of US 64 between Pittsboro and Cary in Chatham and Wake counties is currently underway. The 19 mile section extends from the US 64/US 64 Business split in Pittsboro to the US 1/US 64 interchange in Cary (see Study Area). This study is a part of NCDOT's Strategic Highway Corridors initiative and continues the effort developed in Phase I of the US 64-NC 49 Corridor Study. - Provides transportation planning and mobility management for the County
- Works closely with Chatham Transit Network, the Durham-Chapel Hill-Carrboro Metropolitan Planning Organization, the Triangle Area Rural Planning Organization, and the North Carolina Department of Transportation
- Provides support for the County's Transportation Advisory Board
