Residents Invited to Comment on Northeast Regional Transportation Options
The Durham-Chapel Hill-Carrboro Metropolitan Planning Organization (DCHC MPO) invites Chatham County residents, especially those in the northeastern part of the county, to review and comment on several alternatives for future transportation investments. DCHC MPO covers mostly the northeastern part of the county.
The DCHC MPO is in the process of planning state and federal transportation investments in our region through its 2045 Metropolitan Transportation Plan (MTP). To develop the MTP, the MPO is reviewing different alternatives for meeting future transportation needs and inviting citizens to participate in the review. The public comment period will continue through Wednesday, September 20, 2017.
